Why we exist
When Flenbo was founded in 2023, the founders saw a fragmented industry of one-off kitchens and single-brand operators. They imagined something more enduring — a professionally managed company that could incubate many brands, serve many audiences, and operate every format of food and hospitality to a single, uncompromising standard.
